Bonded warehouse is a customs procedure in which foreign goods are kept under customs control in a customs warehouse within the certain period without payment of customs duties and taxes and without the application of measures of non-tariff regulation.

This fact can help you to save time and money in cases when the condition of customs clearance of imported goods into the Republic of Belarus complies with measures of non-tariff regulation (obtaining various kinds of permissions, approvals, certificates, etc.). Practice shows, that the resolving of such issues takes a long time and the cargo location in a vehicle on the territory of the storage warehouse is more expensive than storage in a bonded warehouse.

We accommodate in our warehouse all foreign goods, except :

• Goods, period of life and (or) realization is less than 180 (one hundred and eighty) calendar days on the day of their customs declaration  of goods in accordance with the customs procedure of the customs warehouse;
• Goods, the list of which is included by the decision of the Commission of the Customs Union.

 The period of storage of goods in a bonded warehouse can not exceed three years from the day of placing goods under the customs procedure of a customs warehouse.

• • If goods have a limited period of life and (or) realization, the goods should be placed under an another customs procedure no later, than 180 (one hundred and eighty) calendar days before the termination of the specified period.
• • Goods that have finished period of life in the warehouse are hold on  by customs authorities in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union.
